After apply for ccsu admission, or after fill CCSU form for appear in examination, submission fee is a necessary step. Without pay fee ccsu form will not be consider.
After fill CCSU form you have 24 hours to do payment. In case you fail to payment try again after 4 hours.
If amount deducted from your account but fail to deposit in university account (will return to your account within 3-5 working days), then you have to try again after 2 pm on next day.
